17 Saving current file

Natian

In Natian, processed, or partially-processed Seurat files can be saved as an .RDS object by clicking on the Save RDS button. This will save the current Seurat object in use as an .rds file within the data folder of the app. Once the data is saved the folder with the data will open. Users can move the data from this location without affecting its usability.
