Ryabhatta

A cluster or group of cells that are distinct in the UMAP or tSNE plot that of interest could be selected using Ryabhatta. To select the cells based on their position on graph

Select the Manually select cells panel

• If you wish to select cells based on the clusters, remove any gene names from the Select the genes text box
• Select any one gene that you wish to use to select the cells

On the interactive plot that appears, select the cells by drawing a boundary around the cells.

• To select cells using multiple gene expression, repeat the selection process multiple times with the different gene names. Then provide the same name for the selected cells.

• If the boundary drawn is not accurate/ or needs to be redrawn, click outside the boundary and restart the process

• Use Identity tracking and changing to change identities to restart the process.
