Natian

In Natian, critical processing information such as number of starting cells, filtering criteria used, number of cells passing the filtration steps, QC metric violin plots, Elbow plot, number of dimensions chosen for dimensionality reduction plots, clustering resolution, identified markers are all in-real-time compiled into a html file. This file is available for download using the Download Session Notes button.

Such information is sufficient to repeat the processing steps in Natian in the future.

Note: The session notes are not stored in the Seurat object and not retained anywhere else. Therefore we recommend that after a good stopping-point in the processing, users download the session notes. Clicking the Start Panel will refresh the session, and therefore remove the old session notes.
