36 Identity tracking and changing

Ryabhatta

Ryabhatta keeps a record of the changes to the identity of the cells in the Seurat object. Changes include

1. Meta data to identities or vice-versa
2. Renaming cells using on-graph manual selection of cells
3. Renaming clusters using the rename cluster tools
4. Renaming cells selected using gene expression

These identities are then stored sequentially with an increasing suffix to the general term “identversion_”.

Users can use this dropdown menu and Change cluster names to navigate between identities set for the cells in the Seurat object.
